EZProx Inductive Proximity Sensor Features

360° LED Light Ring Indicator

EZProx has an exceptionally innovative feature of lighting up on LED light ring when it detects a metal object. Most other proximity switches have one LED output and quite often it is hard to tell if the proximity switch is ON. Not with EZProx, it has a patent pending 360° light ring that is visible all around and from far away making it Ezier for maintenance people to troubleshoot the control system.

Extended Sensing Range and Unique Triple Sense

EZProx switches all 8mm, 12mm, 18mm, 30mm have an extended triple sensing range, but its' triple sense is simply unique. It is the only 30mm prox switch that can sense a standard metal target to 30mm range. Its great for detecting matal targets that are more than 1" away.

Great Electrical & Mechanical Specifications

EZProx needs 24 VDC as power and has 3 terminals, 2 for power and 1 for load. It has a repeat accuracy of <2%, hysterisis of 2-10%, has a reverse power polarity protection, has a switching frequency pf 2K instead of normal 500 h, has IP67 construction for any hosedown, totally immune to any shock & vibration, temperature range of -20°C to 70°C and its output is short-circuit protected. It automatically recovers from a shorted load.
